Receipts will not be returned. Please write clearly the name the cheque is to be made out to. Please also include the word "YES" if you would like to receive further information about IMEDEEN.
A cheque refund to the same amount as the price paid, as per supplied cash register receipts, for the 90 day stock will then be supplied within 28 days of receipt of claim.
